Who We Are

The Z. Dorris Group is a boutique commercial real estate appraisal firm based in Nashville, Tennessee that was born out of a desire to provide commercial real estate valuation services and to do it well. Zach Dorris, MAI and principal of the firm, spent 13 years appraising commercial real estate in both local and national firms prior to starting the Z. Dorris Group. In that time, Zach saw the need for an appraisal firm that not only knows the profession and the market, but also desired to provide clients with a product of the highest quality and an overall experience that was marked by excellent customer service. As there are many commercial real estate appraisal options, we recognize that the tried and true desires of the industry are for well-written and well-supported appraisals completed by qualified individuals that put a high priority on timely communication. We are reliable, accurate, impartial professionals with tested experience. This is who we are. This is the Z. Dorris Group difference.
