Nicholas has been active in the CRE appraisal and consulting industry since February of 2013. He has significant commercial appraisal experience and has completed appraisal assignments on various properties that include retail, office, industrial, multi-family, hospitality, convenience stores, fast food restaurants, land, and special purpose properties. He has performed appraisal work for a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions, credit unions, government organizations, law firms, accounting firms, realtors, and individuals.

PERSONAL

Nicholas, often referred to as “Nick”, was born in Meridian, MS in December of 1988. He has three sisters, one of which is his twin, and is the youngest of the four (by two minutes). He graduated from Lamar Academy in 2007 and then attended The University of Southern Mississippi from 2007 through 2012. At USM, he earned two bachelor’s degrees while also playing golf for the USM Men’s Golf Team. During his time at USM he met his future wife, Kaitlyn, and the two were married in August of 2016. After a brief stint in Mississippi, Nick and Kaitlyn moved to Nashville in October of 2017. They are now a family of four, with a daughter that was born in November of 2019 and a son that was born in January of 2022. Nick and his family enjoy sports, exercising, and being outdoors with their Labrador Retriever, Nash. They also enjoy practicing their faith at Cross Point Church in Nashville, where they are involved in growth groups and are passionate about serving the community.
